Range53 to Continue the Fight!
We would like to send out our deepest appreciation to all of the Range53 supporters
who went through our website and voiced their support to approve the development.
We ended up with a overwhelming number of individual letters, but despite the huge
response we did not emerge victorious.
The Harrison County Board of Supervisors voted not to approve the development at the
recent July meeting and in response Range53 filed an appeal to circuit court on July 7th
to have the decision overturned. It will be 3-4 months before the case will go before a
judge so please check our website frequently for news and updates on the status of the
appeal.

"We are not retreating - we are advancing in another direction."
